Travelling to the Mugello Circuit by train is a convenient and popular option, especially for those staying in or near Florence. Here’s how you can get there by train:

From Florence

Starting Point
The journey begins at Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN), Florence’s main train station. This station is well connected with regional and national train services, making it easy to access from most parts of Italy.

Train to Borgo San Lorenzo
Take a regional train from Florence SMN to Borgo San Lorenzo, the closest station to the Mugello Circuit. The journey takes approximately 50-70 minutes, with frequent services throughout the day. Be sure to check train schedules ahead of time, especially on race weekends, as extra services may be added for major events like MotoGP.

Train to San Piero a Sieve
Alternatively, you can take a train to San Piero a Sieve, another nearby station that is approximately 13 km from the Mugello Circuit. This option may provide more flexibility depending on the train schedule, but the remaining distance to the circuit will require a taxi or shuttle.
